Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) clicking "I agree" or an equivalent acceptance mechanism; or (c) accessing any area of the Platform requiring an account.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they have also read, understood and agreed to them.

To register and maintain an account on 388vin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be a person previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform by 388vin.
• You must not be accessing the Platform in a personal capacity that conflicts with a professional role (e.g., as an employee, affiliate, partner or service provider of the Platform).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler or have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform where such exclusion has not yet expired.

388vin reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence, or the discovery that a User does not meet eligibility requirements, may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 388vin requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid, current Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, dated within three months);
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification system;
• Payment method verification where required for AML compliance purposes.

All documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send identity documents through unsecured chat, email or third-party messaging applications. Do not submit altered, obscured or falsified documents — doing so constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

388vin may engage third-party identity verification services. By submitting KYC documents, you consent to your information being shared with those services for verification purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method held in the User's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful KYC verification has been completed. 6.4 Currency. Account balances are displayed in the currency selected during registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is selected, all amounts will be denominated accordingly. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions involve cross-currency processing.

388vin may offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are not immediately withdrawable.
• A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) applies to all bonus funds. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal becomes available).
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. 388vin reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed after an event has started and live betting is not available for that market; the offered odds contained a manifest error; or the bet exceeds the applicable maximum stake limit.

8.2 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation; market error; technical failure materially affecting the outcome; or where it is determined that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will result in the return of the original stake.

8.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest pricing error, 388vin reserves the right to declare affected bets or game rounds void. No winnings generated as a result of a system malfunction are valid.

8.4 Sports Context. Cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports are referenced as betting contexts only. 388vin has no official partnership with or endorsement from PCB, PSL, ICC, FIFA or any team, league or sporting body.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388vin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not permitted for human users;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that constitutes sports corruption;
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conduct, facilitate or conceal any illegal financial activity;
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions;
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 388vin staff or other platform users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not: reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform; or use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools on the Platform without our express written consent.

The 388vin brand name, domain and associated marks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388vin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities;

• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any security breach, unauthorised access to your account that you failed to prevent by maintaining adequate password security;
• Any delay in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, most notably under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 14.1 Closure by User. You may close your account at any time by contacting 388vin support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Unused real-money balances will be refunded to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to AML and KYC verification requirements.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by 388vin. 388vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading information;
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The account is dormant and holds a zero balance for an extended period as specified in the dormant account policy;
• A regulatory requirement or court order demands it;
• The User has successfully self-excluded and re-registered in violation of the self-exclusion terms.

Upon termination for cause, 388vin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud is confirmed, any winnings and real-money balances held within the account at the time of closure.

388vin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, notice will be provided via the Platform through a prominent on-screen notification, email communication to registered account holders, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 388vin support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an arbitral body in the operator's licensing jurisdiction, or as otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or prevent irreparable harm.
